ROM builder and ROOT

Some mods require ROOT, so if you chose build without ROOT dont allow chose mods who require ROOT.
Or at least make them red and write these mods wont work unless you will enable ROOT in build.
P.S. And do we have any chances to get camera2api? It only would add 1 line, but I wont need flash additional file to enable it each time I update ROM.
