[REDMI 4 PRO] Google Play Store keeps crashing

Hi,

I bought my girlfriend a Redmi 4 Pro (I have a Redmi Note 3 Pro), and after unlocking, flashing TWRP and installing the Mi-Globe ROM v7.3.9, everything works except the Play Store keeps crashing.
I can open it (sometimes it crashes immediately after opening), go to My Apps, and when I press of "Update all", it crashes.
When I go to "About Google Play", it crashes.
I already tried clearing the cache of the Play Store, factory reset, reflashing the ROM, still same problem.

Sounds strange. Please try to flash gapps seperately. You can find it on google -> Search "gapps pico xda"

It's OK, I flashed the Global Stable Rom from miui.com, unlocked bootloader again, flashed twrp again and then flashed the Mi-Globe Rom again.
Now the Google Play Store works without crashing.
