markw.xml file location

Please advice me where is markw.xml placed on redmi 4 prime using firmware 7.3.23

Normally placed in /system/etc/device_features/ but after flash from 7.2.24 to 7.3.23 there's is no device_feature under /system/etc folder, I used markw.xml on that folder to custumize miui camera show all function on manual mode

I did not know about that file and we did not change/delete it.
I dont think that xiaomi.eu removed it, so you should ask miui.com developers why they removed it.
