word of advise:Rowdyy Ronnie wrote: ↑24 Dec 2018, 06:36Hi,
A very good day to you.
I am a new member here and I would like to ask you a question, if you don't mind.
As we all know, when switching from stock to custom ROMs, we need to do a clean wipe i.e. wipe System, Data, Dalvik, Cache and Internal (sometime). I would like to know if we follow the same rule here as well since Mi Globe is also a custom ROM. Or if we need to wipe Data only and then flash Mi Globe ROM on top of stock miui?
based from my experience, every time we switched from a very different ROM, (i.e. stock to 3rd party ROM or MIUI to Stock android and v.v.)
i make it a point to wipe clean (cache, dalvik, system, data). specially internal.
with mi-globe roms i do this:
- wipe dalvik/cache/system/data
- flash rom
- format data
then it all goes along. (well, so far)
Orange text here.
