Any rom doesn"t support Live Wallpaper

on the expert setting rom builder there is a menu option to apply live wallpaper. how can i use it in other rom without having to download full rom? whether I can get a .apk file or maybe there is a specific scrip. because in the rom I use now is not supported by live wallpaper. can anyone help me?
